SALES BY APPOINTMENT
Our sales department is open by appointment. Please reach out either by phone or via our website to discuss your options with our managers or internet coordinators. We will go over financing, trade values, vehicle options and availability prior to your arrival to minimize time in the dealership. All previous safety protocols are still being adhered to.
SERVICE - The Service department will re-open on Monday, April 6th. We are working on providing a no-contact atmosphere and will update shortly with details.
We've made the decision to delay the re-opening of the dealerships. In order to ensure that everyone stays safe, we will re-open Service & Parts on April 6th and Sales on April 8th. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you soon!

COVID-19 UPDATE: All Anderson Automotive Group locations are CLOSED for at least one week. Our management team made the difficult decision to protect the health and safety of our employees and customers by closing our dealerships effective 5 p.m. March 21. We hope to reopen sales March 28 and service and parts March 30. We apologize and understand this may cause some inconvenience and confusion. But everyone’s safety is our priority. A Note to our Valued Customers
The Anderson Automotive Group considers the health and safety of our employees and their families our priority. Considering current world events regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to provide an update on Anderson’s response to the situation inside our business.
As a company, our role and responsibilities are focused in two areas: the health and wellbeing of our employees and our customers. With that in mind, we are taking trusted guidance from the CDC, our internal health providers, and Illinois health agencies.
While all Anderson locations remain open and continue to operate with the same level of customer care and service, we have taken a series of precautionary steps to maintain a level of hygiene and cleanliness for our visiting customers and employees, including:
-Increased deep cleaning and sanitizing procedures across all major touchpoints in our retail locations and offices.
-Continued education on correct handwashing and respiratory hygiene practices.
-Use of gloves by all automotive technicians and other affiliated service employees who encounter customer vehicles - - wipe down of vehicles before and after service repairs, test drives, and movement of vehicles.
-Encouraging social distancing. Staying 6 feet away from others when possible and offering “no co-pilot” test drives.
-Replacing handshakes with warm salutations and verbal greetings.
-Flexible leave protocol offerings which encourages any employees who are feeling unwell to stay home.
In addition, Anderson’s sales teams are ready and willing to bring our vehicles to you. Customers interested in test drives or working directly with a member of our sales staff from the comfort of their own home or workplace should contact an Anderson representative to schedule an in-person appointment. All of the Anderson service departments are offering free pickup and drop-off to ensure that your vehicles continue to be properly maintained. Simply contact your preferred Anderson dealership to make arrangements.
As the world copes with the growing impact of this outbreak, we remain steadfast in the belief that people will uphold personal responsibility to prevent the spread of this virus through responsible hygiene practices and self-quarantining practices as needed.
