I sat and listened to Don Smith talk to a couple who was probably late 60’s and he was so polite, made sure they understood everything, and it was very obvious he wasn’t trying to take advantage of them. He was honest (which you don’t see a lot when it comes to car sales). I would trust buying a car from Don Smith. ”

“ I bought/ordered a 4Runner in 2021 from Frank at the dealership. Awesome experience. I had to wait a little bit to get it but it was definitely worth it. We recently stopped in to discuss options due to my wife's lease coming to an end with a different dealership. Frank set her in a beautiful Lexus and even managed to sell me one too haha. It was actually the excellent trade-in amount they offered me on the 4Runner. So I have bought three cars now from Toyota/Lexus and they've all been from Frank. He doesn't have the stereotypical car salesman personality. He's a good guy and I know he'll shoot me straight when I need something. That's why I go back to him every time. I think if more dealerships sought out and retained employees with his personality type people would be more comfortable buying cars from dealerships. My wife and I consider Frank a personal friend and will definitely use him for any future vehicle purchases. If you're looking for a car and want to no BS experience, Frank is your man. ”

Driving away I found my leather stirring wheel had a big scrape on it that was NOT there before; obvious that whoever was driving my van had a tool or something in their hand to have caused the scrape. Mechanics need to be more careful when driving customer’s vehicles! In the past I have had nothing but good experiences with this dealership service. ”
“ Always have full confidence in the services provided by Anderson Toyota. On Monday I took my 2013 Toyota Highlander in for service, oil change, and overall inspection. Service was done in a reasonable time, as usual. That evening when I turned on the headlights the right front light did not come on. The next day I returned to Anderson and talked to Greg, who took care of my car on Monday. I told him I was surprised that the tech did not check the lights. He said they would look at it. In 15 minutes a new headlight was installed at no charge. This is what I call "taking care of the customer." They turned a wrong into a right. Thank you for a great customer experience. ”
