About 45 days after purchasing a Honda Accord 2018, the car unfortunately started malfunctioning, and the initial repair estimate was over $5,000. While this was an incredibly stressful situation, what truly stood out was how the dealership handled it. They took full accountability for the issue, worked with me to reduce the repair cost, and more importantly, offered real solutions instead of excuses. While the Honda was being inspected, they provided me with a Toyota Avalon 2015 as a loaner and eventually offered it as an exchange option. After carefully considering everything, I decided to move forward with the Avalon. It had fewer miles, was in better overall condition, and ultimately felt like the smarter choice for the long term. I did invest an additional $3,500, but I genuinely believe it was worth it. What impressed me most was how smooth they made the entire process. I only had to sign the necessary paperwork, and they handled everything else, refinancing, title, plates, and all the logistics, seamlessly and professionally. A special shout out goes to Alan Wagner, who assisted me throughout both purchases and the entire exchange process. Alan was consistently kind, professional, transparent, and genuinely apologetic. You could tell he truly cared about resolving the situation the right way and minimizing the stress for me. His concern and dedication did not go unnoticed. Situations like this can easily turn into negative experiences, but Anderson Toyota and Alan turned it into a lesson in accountability, customer care, and professionalism. I am grateful for how everything was handled and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that stands behind what they sell and treats their customers with respect. ”
