I did invest an additional $3,500, but I genuinely believe it was worth it. What impressed me most was how smooth they made the entire process. I only had to sign the necessary paperwork, and they handled everything else, refinancing, title, plates, and all the logistics, seamlessly and professionally. A special shout out goes to Alan Wagner, who assisted me throughout both purchases and the entire exchange process. Alan was consistently kind, professional, transparent, and genuinely apologetic. You could tell he truly cared about resolving the situation the right way and minimizing the stress for me. His concern and dedication did not go unnoticed. Situations like this can easily turn into negative experiences, but Anderson Toyota and Alan turned it into a lesson in accountability, customer care, and professionalism.
