“ I bought a vehicle from Anderson two years ago. I bought from them because I thought it would be a safe purchase. However, apparently there was an issue with the title. There was a lien on the title from the previous owners. Therefore, it is impossible to legally register the vehicle to the new owners. Anderson is working on it but in the meantime I am without transportation to doctors and other medical appointments which is the main reason I got the vehicle in the first place. Warning: no matter where you buy a vehicle make sure you get a cleared title even a copy at time of sale. This has been very stressful and will hopefully be fixed soon! ”

“ Brought our car in to get gas tank door fixed. They called and said it was ready. We go down, i press the button and nothing.I tried it over 10 times. I had one of the guys come out and he couldnt get it opened. Had to leave the car there again. Now have to order part so have to wait til next week. Long time for gas door. But did give me a nice lender car. ”
