We recently stopped in to discuss options due to my wife's lease coming to an end with a different dealership. Frank set her in a beautiful Lexus and even managed to sell me one too haha. It was actually the excellent trade-in amount they offered me on the 4Runner. So I have bought three cars now from Toyota/Lexus and they've all been from Frank. He doesn't have the stereotypical car salesman personality. He's a good guy and I know he'll shoot me straight when I need something. That's why I go back to him every time. I think if more dealerships sought out and retained employees with his personality type people would be more comfortable buying cars from dealerships.
