We recently stopped in to discuss options due to my wife's lease coming to an end with a different dealership. Frank set her in a beautiful Lexus and even managed to sell me one too haha. It was actually the excellent trade-in amount they offered me on the 4Runner. So I have bought three cars now from Toyota/Lexus and they've all been from Frank. He doesn't have the stereotypical car salesman personality. He's a good guy and I know he'll shoot me straight when I need something. That's why I go back to him every time. I think if more dealerships sought out and retained employees with his personality type people would be more comfortable buying cars from dealerships. My wife and I consider Frank a personal friend and will definitely use him for any future vehicle purchases. If you're looking for a car and want to no BS experience, Frank is your man. ”

Driving away I found my leather stirring wheel had a big scrape on it that was NOT there before; obvious that whoever was driving my van had a tool or something in their hand to have caused the scrape.
