We recently stopped in to discuss options due to my wife's lease coming to an end with a different dealership. Frank set her in a beautiful Lexus and even managed to sell me one too haha. It was actually the excellent trade-in amount they offered me on the 4Runner. So I have bought three cars now from Toyota/Lexus and they've all been from Frank. I think if more dealerships sought out and retained employees with his personality type people would be more comfortable buying cars from dealerships. “ Always have full confidence in the services provided by Anderson Toyota. On Monday I took my 2013 Toyota Highlander in for service, oil change, and overall inspection. Service was done in a reasonable time, as usual. That evening when I turned on the headlights the right front light did not come on. The next day I returned to Anderson and talked to Greg, who took care of my car on Monday. I told him I was surprised that the tech did not check the lights. He said they would look at it. In 15 minutes a new headlight was installed at no charge. This is what I call "taking care of the customer." They turned a wrong into a right. Thank you for a great customer experience. ”
