My wife and I would like to bring to your attention the welcome and wonderful support we got from two of your Team, Dave Vivian and Dave Johnson.
We came into your show room on Wednesday afternoon with a question. These two gentlemen went to extreme lengths to get us an answer. They gave us their focused
attention and treated us like family, and although we were not planning to purchase a car for a month or so, we left later that day with a car that met all our needs, including
ones we didn’t know we needed. My wife and I just had to let you know this was the most pleasant and enjoyable experience we ever had in a normally traumatic experience.
After 5 Camry’s and one Paseo, Anderson Toyota must be doing something right. With folk like the two Davids, Phil in Finance, John Payne in Service and Deb in parts,

Dear Mr. Alex,
On Saturday I purchased a 2008 Toyota Prius (an exceptional car) and was greatly pleased to be served by your outstanding staff.
My sales associate was Mr. Ross Gerami. Ross provided helpful information and then listened attentively as I shared with him the price I needed so that we could complete a fair and swift transaction. He worked with your sales manager to quickly deliver a fair price to both parties. He did not PUSH to make a sale and your sales manager did not HAGGLE over the price. Mr. Germani was knowledgeable about the Prius and displayed great integrity as well as "class" during the entire process.
He went to Rock River to pick up the vehicle when I called at 11 am to inquire about a used Prius, then returned a second time for the second set of keys. He pulled the car into your garage and made sure it was immaculately clean. (My wife thought I had purchased a "brand new" Prius when I pulled it into our garage.) Ross even is going the "extra mile" to get my Prius Lux care on Thursday and is even picking up and delivering my wife’s 2005 Rav4 Wednesday at her work to get it Lux cared.

Let me commend Mr. Michael Parent, your fine Business Manager. Mike made obtaining a loan an enjoyable, pain free experience. He has excellent "people skills" as well as great expertise in the area of financial institutions and your Toyota extended warranty. He spent nearly two hours making sure I was informed and obtained the best loan possible. My rate is the best I have obtained in my 35 years as an auto consumer. Thank you Ross, Michael, the sales manager, and to you, Mr. Alex. You have assembled a fine staff. I hope that you reward them for their "excellence".

I will highly recommend them to my peers, family, friends and my church family. They are "the best!"

Dear Debbie,

I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how overall happy I am with my experience at Anderson Toyota.

Don Smith is nothing short of a real gentleman and was more than helpful in any way that we asked him to be.

Phillip was quick and efficient with the handling of all the finance and paperwork, which was great since we had another 3 hours of driving to do to get home.

We never felt any “pressure to buy” and we completely trusted everyone that we talked to and were assured that if we drove all that way and didn’t want the vehicle, we could turn around and leave.

Don made sure that all of our questions and concerns were answered and when we made a wrong turn on the way to the store, he even got us back on track and stayed on the phone with us until he was sure we were close to the store.

I just want to thank you and everyone involved for the pleasant experience that we had. Oh! And we LOVE the Sequoia too!!!

The next time we are in the market for a vehicle, new or used, we will think of Anderson first, provided we are still in IL.

Don Smith is an excellent salesman and because of his honesty, patience and perservance we purchased the toyota 4runner. He was so helpful explaining each vehicle we wanted to drive and explained everything we wanted to know. His manager Devin was also very helpful and we appreciated all he did. Don kept the communication open even after we had decided to buy another brand, he still called on Monday and asked what we had purchased. We had decided to stay with Toyota and were going to call him. After the purchase he has explained everything in detail and even called today to ask if we have any more questions. Its great your dealership has a PR dept and we appreciated all the follow-up calls from Aaron--he is so enthusiastic and willing to answer any questions also.. You can be so proud of your dealership and everyone who works there and also the service dept as they are all so helpful and polite to the customer. Thank you to everyone there--we are so happy with our new 4runner and so thankful how it all worked out.

We have purchased 2 new Lexus vehicles in the past 2 weeks and we were trying to put new plates on our 2001 Toyota Avalon because our son was keeping this car. Our friends and family have purchased over 10 vehicles at the Anderson dealership and we have always had top notch service. We have enjoyed working with John Payne at Rockford Toyota for the past 9 years. He has always been proficient at getting the work done needed on our car and helpful when something was spotted that needed to be taken care of. Our son now has our Avalon and he will continue to get it serviced at the Toyota dealership. We were pleased but not surprised that John did not charge us to remove the license plate. My Review of Anderson Toyota:
David and his manager were kind, friendly and respectful of our wishes not to be harrassed by phone calls. Dave had good knowledge of the Rav4 and other models of cars. He spent time getting information for us as well as woking with the service department to be sure our car was ready for us and we were satisfied with it when we picked it up. He also has called to check for any questions that may have come up since our purchase. We had questions and Dave answered them for us. He also has been there to help us with a slight scratch on vehicle to get that fixed.
The loan officer was kind and courteous. He was very helpful with our questions. The process of obtaining the loan with Toyota went smoothly.
We would advise anyone who is car shopping to do business with Anderson.
