How do I schedule a service visit?

You can schedule an appointment by calling our Service Department directly at 978-263-4049 or online by using our service appointment scheduler.


Why won't my key turn in the ignition?

Your steering wheel may be in the locked position. Try turning your steering wheel about an inch in either direction while simultaneously turning your key.


How do I reset my maintenance light?

Refer to the instructions in your owner's manual to easily reset this light.


Do you have wireless Internet available in your waiting area?

Yes, we offer free wireless Internet to customers waiting for service.


Why is my tire pressure warning light on?

Any time the tires are rotated, or the tire pressure changes, this warning light come on. Refer to the instructions in your owner's manual to easily reset this light.


Is my keyless remote entry broken? It won't unlock the doors to my car.

You may need to replace the battery inside the key fob. In the meantime, you should be able to manually open your doors using the key.


What does it mean when the yellow check engine light comes on?

This means that the computer in the vehicle is unable to accomplish something. It can be as simple as a loose fuel cap; however, in order to be safe, it does need to be checked by a Toyota dealer in case the vehicle is in need of repairs.


How long do you expect my service to take while I'm in the waiting room?

This really depends on the type of service you are having performed on your vehicle. For simple maintenance, it is generally safe to estimate the following wait times: 1 Hour - Basic Service (5K, 10K, 20K, 25K, 35K, 40K, .etc) 2 Hours - Intermediate Service (15K, 45K, 75K, 105K, etc) 4 Hours - Major Service (30K, 60K, 90K, etc)


Do you offer supplementary transportation to service customers?

Yes, our local courtesy shuttle will drop you off at home or work. We can also connect you with local rental vehicles which can be utilized for as little as $30 per day.
