I have to say that my Mom & I were dreading shopping for a new vehicle - we had only had 1 good experience in the past & the place we had gone to is no longer in business. On our mechanics recommendation we decided to look at a Rav4 for my mom even tho we have been lifelong Ford people. We went out to Anderson Toyota due to how close it is to the house but with NO intention of actually buying - she just wanted to test drive 1 to see if she liked it. We went looking on a Sunday so we could just look & then went back on Tues. We were greeted by Al Smith who was wonderful. He right away asked what she was looking for, what she wanted to afford, what she liked.. he went over the special deals that were being offered & explained why the 1 was better than the other for her.. he got her in a vehicle & went over everything before we drove it.. he was extremely understanding about her being nervous about driving a new car & how much she wished she didnt have to get rid of her 16yr old vehicle.. she mentioned that she liked the galactic blue better than the black & even tho there wasnt 1 on the lot he said 'if you want that, we will have 1 here for you by thurs'.. when we went into the dealership we braced for the pressure that you usually get.. BUT.. THERE WAS NONE! He went & got her a range of figures & the rest was up to her to decide.. This was the 1st time she had ever bought a vehicle on her own (without my dad) & words cant describe how thankful I am to this dealership & the entire group of people there.. EVERYONE was so nice & make this 1 of the easiest experience imaginable.. we both will readily recommend Anderson Toyota & Al to anyone that would ask. I would also like to add that Mike Sartino made dealing with the financing so easy & Andy Brouer was also extremely nice making sure we had everything we needed while he got Al for us when we picked up her new Rav4

10. The Toyota Tire Pressure Monitor alerts the driver when tire pressure is critically low. For optimal tire wear and performance, tire pressure should be checked regularly with a gauge; do not rely solely on the monitor system. See Owner’s Manual for details.

11. Dynamic Radar Cruise Control is designed to assist the driver and is not a substitute for safe and attentive driving practices. 12. All the airbag systems are Supplemental Restraint Systems. All airbags (if installed) are designed to inflate only under certain conditions and in certain types of severe collisions: typically, frontal and knee airbags inflate in frontal collisions, side torso and side curtain airbags inflate in side collisions and roll-sensing curtain airbags inflate at a severe roll angle or roll rate. To decrease the risk of injury from an inflating airbag, always wear seatbelts, sit upright in the middle of the seat as far back as possible and do not lean against the door. Do not put objects in front of an airbag or around the seatback. Do not use a rearward-facing child seat in any front passenger seat. The force of an inflating airbag may cause serious injury or death. See your Owner’s Manual for further information/warnings.

13. Whiplash-Injury-Lessening front seats can help reduce the severity of whiplash injury in certain rear-end collisions.
